Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using REDGRIP.io ("the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REDGRIP.io.

2. The service

REDGRIP is an online platform that allows users to discover, create, and register for shooting sport events. We act as an intermediary between event organisers and participants — we are not responsible for the organisation, safety, legality, or outcome of any event listed on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

5. Organisers

By creating an event on REDGRIP you agree that:

• All information provided about the event is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You hold all necessary permits and comply with local laws governing the event.
• You are solely responsible for the safety and management of the event.
• You will not use REDGRIP to organise any illegal activity.
• You will promptly update or cancel event listings if circumstances change.

6. Participants

• Registering for an event creates a commitment between you and the organiser, not REDGRIP.
• Any fees paid for events are subject to the organiser's own refund policy.
• You participate in events at your own risk. REDGRIP is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
• You must comply with all applicable firearms laws and safety regulations.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• List events that promote illegal weapons, modifications, or activities.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by REDGRIP or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions) but grant REDGRIP a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event listings provided by third-party organisers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REDGRIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or attendance at any event. Our total liability to you shall not exceed €50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@tier.redgrip.io.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
